Dr. Péter Bárdos (1946)

attorney at law, expert in the field of international trade and transportation started his activity as an attorney at law in 1987 after having dealt with insurance-related damage liability - especially non-pecuniary damage - and international transportation and forwarding for years, and having spent 5 years in Vienna (dealing with international trade and transportation). After having returned to Hungary he joined the legal education, later as honorary professor of  the Eötvös Loránd University, giving lectures in subjects such as commercial law and various aspects of private law. He published several books and articles in these fields and is a regular speaker of international conferences. During the latest years he has started an intensive work in the field of commercial law. He is leader of the postgradual course "Commercial Law"of  the Postgradual Law Institute of the Eötvös Loránd  University.
